Refund Policy

First 14 days. You have the right to cancel the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from your acceptance of the contractual terms. The process to cancel the contract is simple: please send an email to  [email protected] or such other email address as is provided by us giving the name of the contracting party, details of the contract and the monthly fee. Even if you cancel the contract you will be liable for the cost of any Services provided by us to you before we receive notice of cancellation including the cost of the Initial Set Up. This includes work performed which may not yet have been received by you. Costs will be calculated on a quantum meruit basis or on the standard tariff if applicable.

After the initial 14 day period. You have the right to cancel the contract on 90 days’ written notice. The effective date of the cancellation will be the end of the month in which the 90-day notice period expires (“the Effective Date”). For example, if notice is given on 22 May, the Effective Date is the end of the month in which the 90-day period expires (in the case of the example, the end of August). You will be liable to pay contractual fees and charges up to the Effective Date.

If any unauthorised payment is taken from your account/cards after the Effective Date of cancellation, it will be refunded to you in full within 30 days subject to our right to deduct from that payment our fees for any Services provided by us for you at your request which are delivered after the Effective Date. Our fees will be calculated on a quantum meruit basis or on the standard tariff if applicable. 

If you have contracted to receive the Complete Solution, the agreed Monthly Fee will be deducted on the 1st of each month until the you cancel the contract, always subject to the agreed contractual terms. 

Refunds. Given the nature of the Services, refunds are unlikely to arise but if you ever feel a refund is appropriate please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] and we shall respond within 7 days or as soon as possible thereafter. Services are defined as any service reasonably required to provide advice, guidance, assistance, validation, outsourced capacity and training for achieving, confirming and performing compliance by estate agents with applicable UK legal and/or regulatory requirements relating to client due diligence, money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, bribery and corruption, ethics, good governance and associated sector best practices. Services may include but are not restricted to conducting client due diligence checks (identity and verification), source of wealth/source of funds analysis, drafting/reviewing policies, procedures, control documents, audits, look-back reviews, client liaison and management of issues falling within the Services, training and development.  

Initial Set Up are the deliverables prepared by us for you as part of the Complete Solution. It includes your Risk Assessment, and the CDD/KYC Policy and Procedures.
